Inventories of the technical condition of building objects. 

In order to secure the contracts carried out by our clients, we perform multi-layered inventories of the regions where they will be carried out.
We inspect the condition of the buildings, roads and engineering facilities before the commence of investments, in order to rule out any potential claims or to grasp the condition with which the technical activities are started.
In each case, we determine the technical / maintenance condition of the property inspected, make protocol and photo documentation, video recording (e.g., course of the roads), as well as determine the degree of impact of the works.
